A fire broke out at a building in Mohakhali, Dhaka.
Three units of the Fire Service and Civil Defence are working to control the blaze.
The Fire Service received the fire report at 11:12am on Thursday.
Talha Bin Jasim, an official of the Fire Service headquarters’ media cell, confirmed the incident and said that a fire had broken out in an old building behind British American Tobacco in Mohakhali. .
The cause of the fire and the extent of the damage were not immediately known.
No casualties had been reported.
