A fire that broke out in the Finance tower in the Purana Paltan area of the capital Wednesday evening has been doused at 7:58pm.
The fire broke out at around 6:48pm, the Fire Service and Civil Defence said.
Smokes were seen coming out of the 5th floor of the 15-floor of the building.
Five fire units brought the fire under control.
