Earlier in the day, a Choitaly bus, used by Dhaka University students, was set on fire before Govt Bangla College in Mirpur.

No one got hurt because the bus was empty at the time, Choitaly Executive Committee President Arifuzzaman Borshon said.

The bus was going to the depot after dropping off students when it was set aflame, he added.
