This year's last return Hajj flight of Biman Bangladesh Airlines carrying 358 pilgrims arrived in Dhaka on Thursday.
After landing at Dhaka's Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA), the pilgrims were provided with Zamzam water from Biman's well-equipped counter adjacent to the customs hall and the pilgrims were greeted with flowers by Biman.
Senior officials of the civil aviation and tourism ministry, Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (Caab) and Biman Bangladesh Airlines were present.
Low-cost Saudi airline Flynas, also carried 316 pilgrims on their last flight on the same day.
So far, 251 flights operated to bring back the pilgrims. Of these, 116 are of Biman Bangladesh Airlines, 95 of Saudi Airlines and 40 of Flynas.
This year more than 122,500 pilgrims from Bangladesh performed Hajj.
Half of the passengers were transported by Biman and the other half by Saudia and Flynas.
