The bodies of two Bangladeshi students who had been killed in a recent road crash in Canada reached Bangladesh on Friday.
Shahriar Khan and Arian Deepta's bodies arrived in Bangladesh on a Turkish Airlines flight around 1:41am.
The families of Arian and Shahriar received their bodies at Shahjalal International Airport at 3:30am.
Later, the frozen body of Arian Deepta was taken to his home in Nakhalpara of the capital, confirmed Arian's elder sister Sanjida Alam on Friday morning.
Sanaul Alam, Arian's elder brother, said his first namaz-e-janaza will be held at Nakhalpara Sports Ground after Jummah prayers.
The second namaz-e-janaza will be held after Asr prayer at a local mosque in Baunia next to the airport area, he said.
After the namaz-e-janaza, Arian will be buried at the family graveyard in the area, Sanaul added.
Before this, several dates and times were fixed to bring back Arian and Shahriar's bodies to Bangladesh, but due to various complications, they could not be brought to the country on time.
Another Bangladeshi, Angela Baroi, was also killed in the accident on February 13, while noted Bangladeshi singer Kumar Bishwajit's son, Nibir Kumar, was hospitalized after sustaining critical injuries in the crash.
However, Nibir Kumar is out of danger, according to Kumar Bishwajit.
Nibir Kumar, Shahriar Khan, Arian Deepta and Angela Baroi were living in Toronto on study permits from Bangladesh.
According to the Ontario Provincial Police, Nibir Kumar was driving the car involved in the accident, which took place on Highway 427 southbound ramp to Dundas Street West in Ontario.
Two died on the spot while another died after being taken to hospital.
