A young woman died allegedly after jumping off a spa centre during a DNCC drive at Gulshan in the capital on Wednesday.
The deceased is Farzana Begum, 18. Another woman sustained injuries during the time.

The two women were rescued and taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital by city corporation car. The doctor on-duty declared Farzana dead while the other is getting treatment in the emergency department.
A police officer who took part in the operation under Dhaka North City Corporation Magistrate Mohidul Islam told Bangla Tribune that when the magistrate's car stopped in front of the spa centre in Gulshan-2, a person from the side made a complaint against the building.
