Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has detained five teenagers for their alleged involvement with a teen gang in Mohammadpur.
Confirming the matter to the Dhaka Tribune on Wednesday, RAB-2 Company Commander Mohiuddin Faruki said the detainees were active member of “Sajjad Bhai” teen gang.
However, RAB did not give out the names of detainees.
“Based on complains we received against them, we conducted a raid and detained them and recovered three machetes, two knives and one scissor,” he added.
“They are trying to assault a teacher in the locality for some time. We take legal action against them,” Faruki said.
