National Institute of Diseases of the Chest and Hospital (NIDCH) has commemorated the 43rd death anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman by hosting a meeting and a special prayer.
The program was held at the NIDCH premises in Mohakhali on Tuesday.
The event was presided over by Swachip’s NIDCH unit President Dr Bashir Ahmed. Swadhinata Chikitshak Parishad (Swachip) President Dr M Iqbal Arslan attended the event as chief guest, while Swachip Secretary General Dr MA Aziz attended as chief speaker.
A special prayer was conducted at the end of the event for the eternal peace of those martyred on August 15, 1975.
