Dream Psychology to provide free online mental support, information services

With the slogan “Know yourself to reform yourself,” non-profit organization Dream Psychology is going to start 24 hours free online mental support and information services from April 1.
The organization made the announcement at a press conference held at the Dhaka University Journalist Association (DUJA) office at the university’s Teacher-Student center (TSC) on Sunday.
It’s Founder and Director Shajibul Islam said: “Dream Psychology is working towards making a reformed generation who will be aware of their mental health and potentiality along with productivity.”
He said a 25-member volunteer team was preparing to provide the services and they would be working as a bridge between people and specialists.
Nasirullah Psycho Therapy Unit of DU is providing the volunteers after giving them necessary training and pragmatic knowledge.
Among others, National Institute of Mental Health (NIH) teacher Prof Tajul Islam, also an Advisory Committee member of Dream Psychology, and co-founders Ibrahim Mollik Sujon and Jonayed Rabbi Pias were also present at Sunday’s press conference.
Prof Tajul told the Dhaka Tribune: “Dream Psychology is an organization of a young team and they are working hard to serve people. Those who are facing psychological and mental problems, we are welcoming them to get free support and information services.”
