SSC examinee killed after sticking head out of bus window

Victim Sakibul, 17, was a student of Banani Bidya Niketon and a resident of South Badda. Citing DMCH police camp in-charge Bacchu Mia, UNB reported that Sakibul kept his head out of the bus window when he was going to appear examination at Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment School centre in Banani on Tuesday morning. At that time, another vehicle hit Sakibul's head, leaving him critically injured. Banani police station Sub-inspector Golam Rabbani took Sakibul to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where doctors declared him dead around 10:45am.
