2 Nigerian among 5 of a ‘fraud gang’ held

Detectives have arrested five alleged members of a fraud gang, including two Nigerian, from New Market area in the capital on Friday night, reports UNB. Identities of the arrestees could not be known immediately. Deputy Commissioner (media) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) Masudur Rahman said acting on  a tip-off, a team of the Detective Branch (DB) conducted the drive in the area and arrested the five people at night. Details about the drive will be revealed later, he added.
