Rohingya youth held in Dhaka with yaba

Police arrested a Rohingya youth from the airport rail station in Dhaka with contraband yaba tablets on Monday.

Myanmar-origin Shukkur Rahman, 24, used to live in a Rohingya camp in Cox’s Bazar, police say.

“He alighted from a train at the station in the morning. On suspicion, we searched him and found 1,150 pieces of yaba tablets from his possession,” said Sub-Inspector Aminul Islam of Railway Police’s airport station outpost.
