Youth killed in Tantibazar ‘gunfight’

Kotwali police station Officer-in-Charge Abul Hasan said that the gun battle had taken place around 3am Tuesday. Police recovered one pistol, two rounds of bullets and bomb shells from the spot. The body of Sagor, 30, has been sent to Salimullah Medical College for an autopsy. According to the police, Sagor was a member of a robbery gang and accused in several cases. Details regarding the matter would be disclosed later in the day, said the OC.
