In April, RAB discovered the new militant gang that operates its activities in Chittagong region after they detained its four members along with 10 firearms and a large cache of ammunition from a hill in the Lotmoni area under Banshkhali upazila.

The seized arms include five AK22 rifles, five foreign pistols and a huge amount of ammunition.

The elite force claimed that the SHB is a small group which became active from November 2013. The motive of the group is to build an armed revolution against the oppression against the Muslims at home and abroad.

So far, RAB has arrested 29 members of the group including leaders of its three wings.
