Four people of a family have been slaughtered in a farm house at Kamlong in Bandarban.
The deceased are Md Amin, 45, his son Junayed, 12, Amin's sister Samira Begum, 30, her son Syed Nur, 4.
Bandarban OC told the Dhaka Tribune: “They might have been murdered over family feud.”
Police said they used to work and stay in the farmhouse from long ago. There was a longtime conflict between Amin and his first wife.
The law enforcers said Amin's first wife might have killed them over family feud. Police are conducting drives to arrest her.
Kuhalong Union Chairman Shanupro Marma said: “They used to work at a teak garden. They might have been murdered sometime on Thursday night.”
