The High Court has returned the bail applications of actor Riaz Uddin Ahamed Siddique in two cases.
A High Court bench comprising Justice KM Zahid Sarwar and Justice Sheikh Abu Taher passed the order on Thursday after Riaz appeared in person and sought bail.
Senior lawyer Motahar Hossain Saju represented Riaz, while Deputy Attorney General Manjurul Alam Sujan appeared for the state.
Later, Deputy Attorney General Manjurul Alam Sujan confirmed the order.
