A Satkhira court on Sunday accepted the bail petition of Satkhira correspondent for Deepto TV Raghunath Kha in two separate cases.
Judge Ziaul Islam of Satkhira Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court granted the bail until receiving the charge sheet of the case.
Advocate Ziaur Rahman Zia confirmed the information, adding that Raghunath was sent to jail through the court after he was arrested in two separate cases filed under the Explosive Substances Act, 1908 and the Special Powers Act, 1974 at the Debhata police station.
Raghunath Kha was detained during a bomb blast in Debhata's Khalishakhali on January 23 evening.
