Cuppa Coffee sealed and Dhanshiri fined in Gulshan

The manager of the coffee house had run away after hearing about the drive. Cuppa Coffee Lounge has also been charged with improper freezing of foodstuff and overpricing goods. On the same day, the Dhanshiri restaurant in the same area has been fined Tk1lakh for its unhygienic kitchen, unhealthy food and uncertified staff. Along with the fines, the restaurant also has been sued for violation of the Consumers' Right Protection Act 2009. Dhaka North City Corporation (DNCC) Executive Magistrate Mohammad Sajid Anwar led the mobile court in the drives.
