The American Embassy, including the Consular Section and the American Centre with the Archer K Blood American Centre Library and the Education USA student advising centre, will remain closed on Sunday in observance of Buddha Purnima, a Bangladeshi national holiday.
An official press release from the US embassy in Dhaka disclosed the above statement on Thursday.
However, emergency services for American citizens will be available. Please call 55662000 to speak with the duty officer, the release added.
