Cattle trader killed in BSF firing

Members of Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) have shot a cattle trader to death in Ghagra border of Panchagarh early Saturday.

The deceased is Samiul Haque, 35, son of Safizuddin of Senpara village.

Haribhasa union parishad Chairman Md Jasim Uddin said a group of cattle traders including Samiul was returning from India when BSF members opened fire on them, leaving Samiul injured with bullet.

He died on way to Panchagarh Adhunik Sadar Hospital due to excessive bleeding.
