Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (Wasa) has inaugurated their Real-time Online Billing service, through which customers will receive instant confirmation after paying their bills.
Partnering with the National Bank Limited (NBL), Dhaka Wasa inaugurated the service yesterday at Wasa Bhaban in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka, with its Managing Director Taqsem A Khan and NBL Managing Director Shamsul Huda Khan in attendance.
Using this service, Dhaka Wasa customers can pay their water and sewer bills at various NBL branches and will instantly receive confirmation message on their mobile phones, said a press release issued by Dhaka Wasa’s Public Information Department.
Besides, customers can also pay their bills through SMS as well as credit cards, Dhaka Wasa MD Taqsem said.
The ceremony was also attended by high-ups of both the organisations.
