A person has been killed after his relatives threw him off the rooftop of a three-storey building at Dewanpara in Bhashantek of the capital.
The deceased is Anwar Dewan, 45.
Dhaka Medical College Hospital police outpost ASI Sentu Chandra Das said Anwar had dispute with his cousins over the ownership of a land property.
"Following the dispute, they threw Anwar off the rooftop of his house around 10am Monday," he added.
He was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where duty doctors declared him dead.
