Crude bombs blasted at DU

Two crude bombs have been blasted at the Dhaka University campus.

The students panicked after the blast occurred on Sunday evening.

Nilkhet police outpost Sub-Inspector Mohammad Ohiduzzaman confirmed news of the blast to the Dhaka Tribune.

He said: “At around 7pm, two handmade crude bombs were blasted near the area of Sir AF Rahman Hall.”

None were reported to be injured and arrested over the blast, he added.
