Actress and model Maria Nur is once again to host GTV’s ekhanei.com Cricket Extra for the ICC World Cup 2015. The first episode of the show was aired on Saturday. A total of 36 episodes will be aired during the World Cup ending on March 29.
Each episode is divided into three segments where famous cricketers and sports personalities along with the who’s who of the entertainment or corporate world will be present to discuss the match with Maria.
Maria Nur posted on her Facebook page yesterday: “Ekhanei.com Presents Cricket Extra on GTV with my favourite ex-cricketer Khaled Masud Pilot. He is awesome.”
A sport enthusiast, Maria has interest in both football and cricket. The actress has a penchant for hosting more than for acting. When asked, Maria said: “Acting takes up a lot of time. As I have shows for television and radios, I cannot make time for acting. I also feel that the acting is not for me. I am fine being a host.”
