A truck helper has sustained burn injuries as blockaders hurled petrol bombs at the vehicle on Dhaka- Chittagong highway at Baroiyar Hat area under Mirershorai upazila in Chittagong.
The injured is Md Nazrul, 22.
Locals said miscreants threw petrol bombs at the Chittagong-bound goods-laden truck from Comilla on Sunday morning, leaving Nazrul injured.
Chittagong Medical College Hospital outpost Nayek Jahangir Alam said: “Nazrul was admitted to the hospital around 9:30am.”
He received 20% burn injuries, added the official.
