A labourer has been killed in a landslide at Siddique Nagar in Bandarban.
The deceased is Md Zakaria.
Bandarban sadar OC Imtiaz Ahmed the incident took place around 1pm on Sunday while the labourers were cutting a hill. "Zakaria died on the spot."
Meanwhile, five other labourers were injured in the incident. They have been admitted to Bandarban sadar hospital in a critical condition.
