7 killed in Comilla arson
Seven people have been burnt alive in an arson attack on a night bus around Jogmohonpur under Chouddagram upazila in Comilla early Tuesday.
Of the deceased, six are Nuruzzaman, 50, his daughter Maisha, 14 from Jessore; Asma Begum, 40, her son Shanto, 8, from Narshingdi; Yusuf, 40, and Abu Taher, 40, from Cox's Bazar.
One more blockade victim dies at DMCH

Deceased Kamal Hossain, 35, was a covered van driver.

The deceased are Yusuf, 23, son of Abdul Aziz; and Liton, 28, son of Atiar.

5 students detained at RU
Police have detained five students of Rajshahi University who came to the campus to attend a class orientation programme for the 2014-15 academic session.
