All prize bonds of Tk10 and Tk50 will be withdrawn from the financial market.
A circular issued by Bangladesh Bank said this on Sunday.
All activities relating to sell, exchange and transaction of prize bonds of Tk10 and Tk50 will be closed from January 31, said the circular.
Bangladesh Bank and its branches will receive the prize bonds of Tk10 and Tk50 from January 31 till February 26.
According to the circular, the central bank aimed to withdraw all the bonds of the suggested values by March 31 in exchange of the existing values.
