Railway Minister Mujibul Haque made the announcement in a press briefing at Rail Bhaban on Sunday afternoon.
However, the minister did not mention the amount of the reward.
Earlier, the government, police and RAB declared Tk1 lakh bounty for helping in the arrest of the arsonists.
Hundreds of vehicles, including those belonging to law-enforcers, were burnt and attacked during the ongoing non-stop blockade.
Blockade-related violence has killed at least 40 people over the last few weeks.
The BNP-led 20-party alliance has been enforcing a nationwide roads and waterways blockade since January 5, protesting BNP chief Khaleda Zia's confinement.
Khaleda Zia had been kept confined to her Gulshan party office since January 3. Later on January 12, the barricades were removed from in front of her political office.
However, she declared to continue the blockade until further announcement.
