Bangladeshi hackers hack Pakistan Jamaat website!

The official website of Jamaat-e-Islami Pakistan has been hacked by Bangladeshi hackers, claims a report by a Pakistani newspaper.

The report, titled “Cyber ‘warning’: JI website hacked for ‘BD interference’” was published by the Express Tribune on Wednesday. It said the hackers left a message on Jamaat website that read: “We Hack to Protect Bangladesh”.

“The official website of the religio-political party was reportedly hacked by people from Bangladesh, warning them to ‘stop interfering in their internal affairs of the country’.”

Pakistan Jamaat's website (http://jamaat.org) was inaccessible at the time of filing the report around 6:30pm BST.

Pakistan Jamaat Secretary for Information Sajjad Abbasi told the Express Tribune that their website would be restored soon.

Asked who would have done it, the party’s spokesperson Dr Farid Paracha blamed Indian lobby behind the activity, saying Bangladeshi people love them and support their cause.
