A Dhaka court has granted bail to national Cricketer Rubel Hossain until submission of a police report in a rape case filed by actress and model Naznin Akter Happy.

Dhaka Metropolitan Acting Session Judge Imrul Kayes passed the order on Sunday afternoon.

German paper that ran Mohammed cartoons attacked

A German newspaper that reprinted the Charlie Hebdo cartoons came under arson attack overnight.

The incident happened at the Hamburger Morgenpost at about 2am local time. Unidentified people threw stones and incendiary devices into the building housing the “Hamburger Morgenpost” tabloid newspaper in Hamburg.
