Two sanitary workers died after inhaling toxic gas inside a septic tank in the capital's Mughda area on Friday.
The victims are Nuru Mia, 60, and Dila, 50.
The workers fell sick around 3pm while trying to repair an underground septic tank on the road near Manikganj Model School, said locals.
Later, they were rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital, where the on-duty doctor Firoz declared them dead at 4pm.
