The government will upgrade diploma medical doctor service into second class pay scale,Health and Family Welfare Minister Mohammad Nasim has said.
The minister made the opinion while addressing a rally as chief guest organised by Bangladesh Diploma Medical Association (BDMA) at Lalmatia area in the capital on Saturday, reports BSS.
He said:"I will discuss with the Prime Minister about your service status for improving diploma medical service into second class.”
He also said diploma medical doctor's demand to be implemented completing procedure by the next three months.
Lawmaker Habibey Millat, Director General of Health Service Professor Dr Deen M Noorul Haque and Director General of Family Planning Noor Hossain Talukder also addressed the rally.
