The 32rd annual general meeting of Gemini Sea Food Ltd was held in the capital on Monday.
Chairperson of the company Ameena Ahmed presided over the session.
This year, the company sold commodities worth Tk95.45 crore earning a profit of Tk7.46 crore.
The profit stands at Tk1.14 crore and net profit stands at Tk0.15 crore after paying taxes.
The shareholders and board of directors were present at the meeting.
