Three persons have been killed in a head-on collision between a bus and a truck on Dhaka-Khulna highway in Wapda area of Shreepur upazila.
At least 10 others were also injured in the accident on Monday morning.
The deceased were identified as Nazrul Islam, 35, hailed from Jhenidah, Jinnu, 40, hailed from Manikganj and Saheb Ali of Comilla.
Jahangir Alam, officer-in-charge of Magura police station, said the accident took place when a bus collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction around 9:15am, leaving the duo dead on the spot.
The injured were rushed to Magura sadar hospital.
