Mobile operator Grameenphone has arranged a 'customer first day' to listen to the queries of their fans through social media site facebook.
The information was disclosed on its facebook page on Monday morning.
Chief Marketing Officer Allan Bonke and Chief Technology Officer Medhat El Husseiny went live on GP's facebook page from 10am till 11am.
Earlier, they had arranged same kind of program where its then Chief Executive Officer Vivek Sood and Chief HR Officer Md Kazi Shahed answered the questions of the users on September 25.
Grameenphone said they had got tremendous response the previous programme.
The GP facebook page had also declared to answer as many questions as possible.
Currently Grameenphone has more than 2.5 million fans on facebook, which is highest in number in the country.
