A housewife has died after falling from the rooftop of a four-storey building at South Mugda area in the capital.
The deceased is Shahinur Akter, 36.
Quoting her family members, Dhaka Medical College Hospital police outpost in-Charge Mozammel Haque said: “Shahinur fell down from the roof of the building while watering the plants around 8am on Sunday."
She was rushed to Dhaka Medical College Hospital where the on duty doctor declared her dead, he added.
