The government has appointed Supradip Chakma as the new ambassador of Bangladesh to Mexico.
Supradip is currently serving as Bangladesh Ambassador to Vietnam, reports BSS.
Previously he served in Bangladesh Embassy in Rabat, Bangladesh High Commission in Colombo, Bangladesh Embassy in Brussels and Bangladesh Embassy in Ankara in various capacities.
Chakma, a career diplomat, belongs to the 1985 batch of BCS (Foreign Affairs) Cadre. He studied Marketing at the University of Dhaka.
Supradip is married and blessed with two children.
