German pianist Lydia Bader presents classical music

A classical piano concert by famous German pianist Lydia Bader organised by the German Embassy will be held today at 7pm at the Goethe-Institut.

Bader will perform pieces of the famous German-speaking composers Mozart, Schubert, Liszt and Schapfl, covering three centuries of German musical history.

She is a well-sought after pianist, giving concerts all over Europe, in Russia as well as in China. Bader performs as a soloist as well as a pianist for chamber music, together with guitarists and clarinettists. She has been playing at various significant international festivals around the world.

Her career started when she was only four years old. Taught by her father in the beginning, she secured first awards for young musicians at the age of six. Since then, she has received trainings at renowned music universities.
