Turkish food fest kicks off tomorrow

A 10-day Turkish fun food fest kicks off tomorrow at 6.30pm at the Garden Brasserie of Radisson Blu Water Garden Hotel in the capital.

The fest offers Turkish cuisine such as kebabs, koftes, stuffed dolmas along with the signature  sweet delicacies Baklava, Revani and Lokma. Two chefs – Senem Aktaş and Kemal ENES – have flown from Turkey to spice up the food fest.

Chef Kemal, specialised in the art of Ottoman Cuisine, will cater to the meat lovers, sweet savorers, syrup seekers as well as caffeine cravers while Chef Senem, known for her flair in culinary arts, will adorn delicacies with her unique touch and make sure the dishes are served dapper.

Turkish Airline is sponsoring two round trip tickets (Dhaka-Turkey-Dhaka) as the grand prize of the event while Dhaka Tribune, Daily Somokal and Ekattor Television are the media partners.
