A youth, who received injuries in a clash between two groups of people, has succumbed to his injuries at Shaheed Ziaur Rahman Medical College and Hospital in Bogra.
The deceased, Masud, hailed from Paikpara village under Sariakandi upazila
Sariakandi police station Offier-in-Charge Abu Syed Muhammad Waheduzzman said: “Masud went to see a cultural function organised by Social Welfare Club of the area on Friday night.”
“The clash erupted between the organisers and the spectators as the program did not start in the announced time, leaving Masud critically injured. Masud died while undergoing treatment on Monday morning.”
