A student of Cambrian School and College has been found dead at his room in the college hostel.
The deceased was identified as Md Saiful Islam, 18, a first year student of the college.
Mohammad Sarwar Hossain, officer-in-charge of Bhatara police station, said police recovered the body around 9am from his room.
Details could not be known immediately but police suspect that it might be a case of suicide.
