The Health ministry has formed 23 inspection committees to monitor the upcoming admission tests of medical and dental colleges.
A circular issued by the ministry on October 13 stated that the committees would supervise the exam halls and look into irregularities.
The committees consist of three to five senior officials of the ministry, heath directorate and public health institutes.
The use of any kind of mobile devices in exam is prohibited for even hall super, inspector and other officials.
Prof ABM Abdul Hannan, a director of the health directorate, said a total of 69,477 students will participate in the upcoming hour long MCQ tests. The pass mark would be 40.
The admission tests will be held on October 24 in various venues across the country.
