Hollywood actress Keira Knightley, 29, played Elizabeth Swann has confirmed that she is not going to be a part of ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 5.’
After her co-star Orlando Bloom who portrayed Will Turner Jr, in the first three instalments of the Captain Jack Sparrow saga, confirmed his presence in the 5th part, the world media had much speculations whether Keira would join Bloom.
During a visit to Toronto International Film Festival to promote “The Imitation Game,” she said “the ship has sailed” for her to join the fifth “Pirates of the Caribbean” movie, reported Ace Showbiz.
The two characters were not brought back for the fourth entry “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” in 2011 as Sparrow was given a love interest named Angelica (Penelope Cruz).
After several delays, “Pirates of the Caribbean 5” is scheduled for July 7, 2017 release.
