A man has been killed and three others have been injured when the wall of an old building collapsed on them at West Sheikhghat area in Sylhet town.
The deceased Abdul Quader Zilani, 38, had been working as a cleaner of Sylhet City Corporation.
Sylhet City Corporation ward 12 Councilor Sikandar Ali said: “The wall collapsed on them while they were cleaning a drain in the area around 2pm on Wednesday.”
He said: “Zilani died on the spot while the injured were admitted to Osmani Medical College Hospital.”
