The government has appointed Ahsan Habib Khan, a retired brigadier general, as vice chairman of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC).
The appointment was made contractual basis for three years, said an order issued from Ministry of Public Administration on Wednesday.
The appointment will be effective from the date of his joining, the order said.
