Shatabdi Wadud and Mou are working in a drama titled “Gum.” This is the first time the duo will share screen space and they have chosen a great story to make their debut as a couple.
The writer and director Mahmud Didar has attempted to showcase the burning issue of abduction of civilians and the growing number of such incidents. It shows the concern and agitation of the common people and what happens when a loved one is the victim of such a harrowing experience.
Shatabdi is an ignorant husband and a father who wants to become a film actor. All of a sudden, he gets the chance of working in a film and is paid a large amount of money.
The story takes a turn when he is kidnapped and his abductors demand money.
About working with Mou for the first time, Shatabdi said: “Working with Mou was a learning experience. I am a fan of the diva and her working style is quite inspiring.”
Mou said: “The script is well-written and I loved portraying such a role. The entire team made an effort to make this drama as real as possible.”
