At least seven people have been killed and three others injured in a triangular collision among a bus, a microbus and a motorcycle in Bahubal upzila in Habiganj on Friday afternoon.
Of the deceased, two were identified as Rokon Mia, 26, and his brother Khokon Mia, 30, of Bahubal upazila.
A microbus collided head-on with a passenger bus on Dhaka-Sylhet highway around 4:10pm, killing five on the spot and injuring the others.
Shayestaganj highway police station Officer-in-Charge Azazur Rahman said: “Among the injured, two succumbed to their injuries at upazila health complex."
The bodies were kept at the health complex, said the OC.
