Two Bangladeshi nationals were killed having been caught in clashes in Serraj area in Tripoli of Libya last Tuesday.
The deceased are Jahangir Manir of Narsingdi and Milon of Jessore, said a press release of the foreign ministry.
Bangladesh embassy officials visited hospitals and confirmed the deaths.
One Bangladesh national was also injured in the incident.
In a similar incident in Benghazi earlier, two other Bangladeshis were killed on July 30.
Benghazi is around 1100 kilometers east of Tripoli and presently there is no air connectivity between the two cities.
Because of the difficulties in communication, their names and other particulars could not yet be obtained.
Their dead bodies will be brought to Bangladesh as soon as possible.
