There is nothing that gets music enthusiasts more excited than hearing that our legendary singers are back in the recording studio - especially when it is stars like Sabina Yasmin and Runa Laila. The singers recorded a duet titled “Dolchut Projapoti” for a drama serial’s opening sequence. The song is written by Rabiul Islam Jeebon while Farid Ahmed tuned and composed the music.
“Dolchut Projapoti” is TV serial directed by Arif Khan who had made a programme earlier with Sabina Yasmin and Runa Laila which aired on NTV a few years ago.
In 1976, Sabina Yasmin and Runa Laila sung a duet for the first time for film “Protinidhi,” tuned by Satya Saha. In 2006, the duo again got together for another duet song for the TV programme titled “Ontor Toro Aj Gaaner Bhubon” which aired on NTV.
